All that's left in any case, is exercising space (oh yeah)

Stats for today:

30 mins 11 kms 251 cals

Yesterday I ate 19 points (had 18 and then before I went to bed I decided I needed something chocolately and so I had a fat free hot chocolate drink). Stupid bloody Aunty Flo is here again so that's why I was cranky/depressed/moody at the weekend and feeling ready to chuck it all in. You would think now that i'm 40 i'd recognise the signs and work out what was going on. Stupid hormones!

It was really hard on the bike today, my legs started burning as soon as I got on but I perservered and I felt so good when I had finished. My bum is sore but I don't care. I keep thinking of that figure on the scales and focussing.

Isn't it funny how when you're on you're on and when you're off you're off and there's nothing you can do to force a switch to the on when you're off. Did that make sense to anyone except me? LOL.

I'm the same, every month! By the time I get it figured out, I'll be going through menopause.

I totally know what you're on about! Great to see your motivation back as well and oh yeah, cycle ass syndrome. My new bike is letting me know how it feels LOL :-)

just gotta totally say I get it about being on and off--- what you wrote totally rings true! Do you ever look at glamorous babes in movies from the 1950s who wore heels in the house, and wonder how they could be "on" all the time like that? Sometimes I wish I were that kinda woman and think maybe I wouldn't spend so much time feeling ugly/chubby/bingey... but I can't seem to find a way to stay "on" any more of the time than I do! And when I'm not "on" I'm soooo off. I can't seem to get that whole "eat a little junk and stop" thing. Once I break my discipline, I want to eat entire horses! I think I could be a competitive eater seriously. It's scary. I hope if I ever marry, my hubbie is SUPER compassionate ;) lol. thanks for blogging! -LAE
