Goals for 2007

Current weight: 76 kilos

Goal weight: Somewhere between 62 and 65 kilos

  1. Get under 75 kilos by the end of February
  2. Get under 70 kilos by the end of July
  3. Get under 65 kilos before Christmas 2007
  4. Lose at least 10 kilos this year
