Ouchy

So this is what I get for finally getting off my butt and going for a big long two and a half hour walk. Exercise IS bad for me!!!!!

It was 9 o'clock in the morning for goodness sake. I'm just lucky that DS was in the stroller under shade and this didn't happen to him too!

OMG - Ouch is right - if it's really painful (it certainly looks it) try and get some fresh aloe vera juice.

But good on you for tackling a two and a half hour walk.

Cheers
Z

OMG that is teribble. It must really hurt. Great walk but in future you need to be covered up.

Well done on such a massive walk. No kidding, I had to cut short filling my car with petrol because my arm was starting to burn - the sun is so strong. I use a great after sun product from 'Face of Australia' which has a green tea extract and is a cooling gel. Fantastic moisturiser and relieves the itching also.

I think you'll need to be a slip, slop, slapper in future :)

Oh yeah, I feel your pain! That looks very painful. I hope you have some aloe vera!! The Nivea after sun care is quite good too. You gotta walk earlier or later hey.

OUCHIE!! I shouldn't laugh, but I hope you don't have any more weddings or flashy parties coming up, that is going to leave terrible tanlines!

Well done on the walking though - don't stop!!

Ouch. I hear you - exercise IS bad for you. I would never have done my knee if I hadn't started running.

My pro-golfer brother suggested to me that I should get an umbrella holder that goes on a golf buggy and put it on the pram so that I'm protected too - it's on order so I'll let you know how it goes. Would certainly prevent that happening again! Hope it's feeling better.
