Another week over.

I was so over everything last night, I lay down at 6.30pm when DH got home from work cos I had a huge headache. I slept til about 8pm, got up and had dinner and then went back to bed. I feel much better today. The stress at work coupled with the effects of giving up smoking have just drained me. Plus maybe all the crap i've been eating doesn't help.

Back on track soon, just need to do a proper shop (tomorrow) and plan the meals for the week.

Hope you all have a great weekend.

Well done on sticking with it - andremember that you're kicking an addiction so there's bound to be some withdrawal symptoms eg headaches. Be kind to yourself this weekend and plan a few treats if you can. ps hope you're putting the money you save from the smokes into a jar so you can give yourself little rewards along the way.
go you little legend!
Take care

The first week of quitting something is always the hardest and with everything else going on, I am super proud of you. Keep at it babe and it will get easier.

So what you planning for the week? Mmm, food. I did a huge cook up on Tuesday night and it makes every other day so much easier when you don't have to worry about cooking EVERY night.

Sometimes a big sleep is necessary. Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Hope you perk up soon, and start planning your meals so you don't pick on food ... so common when you are giving up smoking... be careful.

Me phone... comes in black, grey and pink as far as I know.. you probably have more choice in Aussy, good luck finding a red one.

Well done on sticking it through Bri. I am finding it hard enough not to drink alcohol at the moment. Though in a moment of weakness I did buy some non-alco stuff from Coles tonight. I think I may live to regret that decision LOL.

Try and get some more rest this weekend (easier said than done) and next week should go a lot smoother. Happy cooking :)

Well done on one week without smoking - keep up the great work !
I hope you managed to get your big shop in today and that you have lots of yummy point friendly things to munch on when you are feeling like a cigarette.
Have a great weekend and look after yourself !

Way to go on not smoking, it must be hard but you can do it. Good idea on planning out the food. I'm going to do that too. Have a good week!
