Day five

Oops, took DS for his first swimming lesson this morning and I didn't eat breakfast before I left. Big mistake. Then we went to Maccas to get a coffee. "Accidentally" a bacon&egg muffin and a hashbrown jumped into the bag. 9 points for breakfast - damn that was stupid. I'm having a huge salad for lunch so no points and that will make up for it hopefully.

I finally got a copy of Geneen Roth's book (Break free from emotional eating) from ebay. I'm so excited and can't wait to read it.

That's all for today, I just got to work so I better get started.

Gasp!! Hash browns are sooo yummy but oh-so-naughty!! Still, it won't add up to 1.4kg so don't sweat it. Or, do sweat it, as the case may be.

Thanks for the Robbie clarification on the crap CD too. Remind me to show you my 2007 calendar at some stage!!

I hate the way Bacon and Egg McMuffins and Hashbrowns tend to do that! I always end up with two of the Hashbrown buggers or more just clinging on. Screaming to be eaten.

Ah well we live and learn huh.

Oh well about the 9 pt breakfast. I'm sure you can balance it our with a few lighter meals or get in some exercise points!
I've read a lot of wt loss type books but don't think I read that one. Please give us your summary of it. Thanks. Have a great week!
